Prices shown on the website include applicable UK VAT where relevant and are quoted in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Delivery

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframe indicated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To cancel, contact us at enquiries@lennoxthelocksmith.com within the cancellation period, stating your order details. You must return the book to us in reasonable condition unless it is faulty. We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
